SUNSHINE
In Sunshine, Matthew sits alone in the fading twilight, speaking and singing to the last rays of the sun as he confronts the devastating reality of his partner Harrison’s impending death. Through memory, song, and unflinching confession, he relives moments of love, joy, and grief—clinging to the light as it slips away. Created for virtual reality, this 13‑minute experience places the audience inside Matthew’s private world, where dissolving sunlight and shifting memory-scapes envelop them in an intimate emotional landscape. Sunshine is both a love letter and a farewell, brought vividly to life through VR’s unparalleled immediacy.
